River Mansions is a subdivision created in the early 1990s, and is a creation of Gilbert Miller, the President of Hillcrest Foods, who lived in the neighborhood until his death just a couple of years ago. There are 44 homes on the “river” side (those properties that lie close to the Chattahoochee), and 37 homes on the “pool” side, making a total of 81 homeowners at this time.  The area is built out except for two lots, one on each side.  We straddle two cities: the “pool” side is in the City of Berkeley Lake, while the “river” side is in the City of Peachtree Corners.
